Clear the Backlog If We Need Immigrant Workers
If the United States needs immigrant workers, the artificially imposed immigration quotas for certain countries should be removed and the backlog of all legally approved immigrants who are waiting in their homelands for the opportunity to come to the United States should be cleared immediately. The United States must not reward the illegal behavior of undocumented immigrants, while punishing the legal behavior of documented immigrants.
