President Bush signs legislation to provide 10.5 billion dollars in relief aid

President George W. Bush signed legislation on Friday, September 2, 2005, to provide 10.5 billion dollars in relief aid for the areas along the Gulf Coast affected by Hurricane Katrina. Congress approved the bill late Thursday, September 1, 2005.
