Guest Worker Program is an Insult

The guest worker program approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee is an insult to the millions of immigrants who have waited for years to become legal citizens of the United States.

Ladies and Gentlemen, not only do illegal aliens and those who employ them cost the United States tens of billions of dollars in social services, they also depress wages for American citizens and legal immigrants.

As your next United States Senator, I will work to make sure that our borders are secure and that our immigration laws are enforced.

Selective Enforcement Of Our Laws Is Wrong

Again, the American people are being let down by some of their senators and representatives, who apparently find nothing wrong with failing to enforce the laws of this great land as they relate to border patrol and immigration issues. Apparently, the representatives and senators think that their jobs are protected because of their failure to enact term limits. They are sorely mistaken. The over whelming majority of people residing in America, including immigrants who are here legally, want the immigration laws to be enforced, even if it means deporting people who are in this country illegally. Since when did selective enforcement of our laws, with impunity, become the law of the land? When the law is ignored by those charged by society with the fair and impartial enforcement of the law, the stability of our society is placed at undue risk.

As your next United States Senator, I will make sure that our borders are protected from illegal entry, and I will do everything in my power to bring illegal immigrants to justice. Also, I support the minutemen and women wholeheartedly, because they're doing what they can to protect our borders.

Why should United States citizens be required to abide by the law, when illegal immigrants can violate the law with impunity and instead of being prosecuted, the illegal immigrants are rewarded with free health care, education and other governmental services? That, Ladies and Gentlemen, is utter madness and it will stop once I am elected as your next United States Senator.

A National Sales Tax is Best Way to Raise Revenue

As the only Florida U. S. Senate candidate supporting the FairTax, it is painfully obvious that I am the only candidate looking out for the voters best interest with respect to protecting you from further confiscation of your hard earned dollars.
For example, Ladies and Gentlemen, please read the March 1, 2006, USA Today article at usatoday.com entitled "U. S. Sees Red Over Back Taxes" as additional evidence supporting my election as your next United States Senator from Florida. A national sales tax under the FairTax system, instead of our current system as outlined in the article, is a much better way to raise revenue for our great country. After reading the above-referenced article you will see why as stated by T. Coleman Andrews, Commissioner of Internal Revenue, "the current system is leading us back to the very tyranny from which those, who established this land of freedom, risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to forever free themselves. . . ."
