A Warrant Is Not Always Required
Greetings!
In an effort to enhance the lives of my clients and human beings in general, I will be devoting most of my blog to explaining criminal law issues, in the hope of one day eliminating the need for the criminal justice system as we know it today.
Remember, there are four main circumstances in which a warrant is not required for police to search your home: (1) Consent. If the person who is in control of the property consents to the search without being coerced or tricked into doing so, a search without a warrant is valid; (2) Plain View. If a police officer already has the right to be on your property and sees contraband or evidence of a crime that is clearly visible, that object may be lawfully seized and used as evidence.; (3) Search Incident to Arrest. If you are being arrested in your house, police officers may search for weapons or other accomplices to protect their safety, or they may otherwise search to prevent the destruction of evidence; (4) Exigent Circumstances. Emergency situations which excuse the particular procedure from being followed or enforced.

The Fascinating World of Criminal Law
What is a search warrant? A search warrant is a court order that allows the police to search a specific location for specified objects at a specific time. If a judge is convinced that there is "probable cause" of either criminal activity or contraband at a place to be searched, he or she will issue and sign a search warrant. However, if officers have a warrant to search your house, they don't get automatic authority to also search your car parked outside on the curb; or, if the object is a stolen refrigerator, they can't look through your shirt drawer.
In general, the law is very interesting, but I find criminal law to be the most fascinating because in many cases a person's life is at stake.

In American criminal law, one of the most popular defenses you can claim is self-defense. It is used in all types of cases. However, it is frequently used as a homicide defense and many times it is effective. The keys to proving self-defense are necessity, immediacy and gravity. You have to prove there is some type of grave danger, death or serious bodily harm. You have to prove it was immediate and there was no other option, making it necessary to fight back.
Even as a child, I loved murder mysteries. That is probably why, as a lawyer, one of my favorite legal specialties is criminal law.

You will become what you think about all day long. So, think about what will bring you joy and happiness and not about what will bring you grief. Of course, this is easier said than done, but as with all things, practice makes perfect.
As a lawyer, I'm constantly looking for ways to ensure that everyone receives equal justice under the law. Hence, in the future, as a pro bono service I will provide legal tips to my readers that may help you avoid legal landmines that may make your life miserable.

As I work on my upcoming book "Ageless Secrets" I'm constantly reminded of the times that I spent as a child playing with paper dolls and exploring the world around me. I never dreamed that the knowledge that I acquired as a child would be the foundation for wonderful things to come.

The true character of Hillary Clinton and John Edwards was revealed when they were overheard blotting to exclude their fellow Democratic Presidential candidates from future debates. Ladies and gentlemen, that is just another reason why you should not support Clinton or Edwards. If they are capable of plotting against their own party members in this manner, as President of the United States, you can imagine what they would do to you if they thought you were not listening or watching.

Our Congressional representatives must adopt the FairTax if they are committed to ensuring the survival of our country and the American people. By failing to pass the FairTax legislation, they are being callous and cruel toward the people that they were elected to serve. For the life of me, I cannot understand such behavior.
CONGRESS,PASS THE FAIRTAX LEGISLATION NOW!

It is an illusion that you need hundreds of millions of dollars to be a viable candidate for President of the United States. Unfortunately, if people buy into the illusion, it may become a self-fulfilling prophesy. We must not buy into this illusion, It is not real!

As an attorney, I am committed to doing all that I can to keep young people's lives from being ruined because of their early involvement in the criminal justice system. In that vein, I have applied for appointment to a Regional Counsel position in Florida. I will be representing clients who have been charged with criminal offenses.

The audition was great fun. I will know next week whether I will be a part of the production. In a way, we are all actors on the stage of life.

I auditioned tonight for a role in a local play. It was great to get back to this part of my life, while continuing to remain focused on everything else that makes my life worth living. Remember, we are the inheritors of this earth.

Th acting and modeling bug has hit me again. I will be auditioning for various roles during the next few months. I started modeling and acting when I was in my early twenties and I have continued to do so through the years. I know that I will follow in the footsteps of people like Ronald Reagan and Arnold Schwazenegger who went from acting to become the President of the United States and the Governor of California, respectively.

As an attorney, author, teacher, actress, model, producer, politician, wife, mother, and saviour of the world, my work is never done. Hence, I no longer look at weekend as a time to relax. In fact most weekends find me working harder than ever. It is what I want to do.

It is time for all of us to recognize who we really are. We are mirror images of GOD and we must start acting the part now. For example, we must stop letting perceived differences prevent us from working together for the betterment of all human beings.

Do not be discouraged my fellow Americans. Continue to exercise your constitutional rights to the fullest extent possible, especially your right to vote for the candidate of your choice. The "powers that be" want you to be disillusioned and discouraged so that it will be easier to control you and your country. Rise up my fellow Americans and take a stand for your country, your honor, and your liberty!

The day that the American people take their country back from the one percent that is currently controlling it will be one of the happiest days of my life. We are all connected, we are all brothers and sisters, and everything that we do affects our fellow human beings. Everyday we should strive to be the best that we can be, for ourselves and for mankind.

The time has come for everyone to unmask the politicians who are masquerading as the peoples' candidates, when in reality they are actually selling the people out. I am committed to doing everything in my power to speed up this unmasking so that we can again see democracy at work.

We must do everything in our power to make sure that the wrong people are not elected to office. That means that we should vote for the candidate that will do what is best for the people, and not what is best for the lobbyists who give the largest donation.
I will continue to stand up for what is right for the people and for this country. There is no reason to deceive anyone in this world and I am always honest with everyone that I know and meet. It is unfortunate whenever a candidate for political office believes that they can lie to the voters without repercussions. Even if the repercussions are not immediate I know that they will eventually be felt.

I am supporting the United States Presidential candidate who is seriously committed to doing what is in the people's best interest. Please stay tuned to find out the name of that person.
Saturday was a busy day - politics, music, and the law make good company.
